Return Policy

We want every customer to love their Luna & Stella jewelry, and accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping or locket photo customization services. We regret that we cannot accept returns for custom-made or customized products, such as custom 14K gold items and all customized lockets, except in the case of a product defect.
