Are your vintage and antique pieces original?

Yes. All of our antique and vintage finds including lockets, charms, chains etc are original one-of-a-kind pieces, not reproductions. Approximate time periods are listed in the product descriptions along with any other relevant historical information we have on the piece.

 

What is my birthstone?

I thought my birthstone is different from the one you use. Which is correct?

Although birthstone charts differ slightly around the world, we generally follow the list that was agreed to by the National Association of Jewelers in 1912. We use only genuine cut stones, and offer semi-precious alternatives for the precious stones diamond (white topaz), emerald (Siberian emerald), ruby (rubellite), and sapphire (iolite).

 

How long will my order take to deliver?

All in-stock items ship within 2 business days and ship via the shipping method selected by the customer at checkout. All solid 14K gold items are custom made to order.  Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.

 

Do you ship to other countries outside of the United States?

Yes! We ship worldwide via FedEx International Priority for a flat rate of $39.95.  Please note prices DO NOT include VAT or any other tax.   All local taxes and duties are collected directly from the customer by FedEx. 

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We want every customer to love their Luna & Stella jewelry, and accept returns on most products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds do not include shipping or locket photo customization services. We regret that we cannot accept returns for custom-made products or customized products, such as custom 14K gold items and all customized lockets, except in the case of a product defect. What is your privacy policy?

Our privacy policy is simple: we do not share your information with anyone for any reason. We do not sell our customers’ addresses or emails to any other company or organization.

 

I ordered Locket Photo Customization on my order. What do I do now?

Please email your images in JPEG format with any special instructions to  service@lunaandstella.com. When selecting your photos, consider that there needs to be enough room around the subjects for a complete circle and the higher resolution the better. If we have any questions or issues, we will email you.

 

How do I clean my Luna & Stella Jewelry?

We recommend using a gentle cleanser like Lavish Foaming Jewelry Cleanser and a soft toothbrush. Click here for cleaning tips and an instructional step by step video.
